Mother's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1 - The promoter is: Greg Grant Saddlery Pty Ltd (ABN 23 010 778 533) whose trading address is 14 Exeter Way, Caloundra West 4551.
2 - The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Greg Grant Saddlery Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3 - There is no entry fee. Entrants must place an order of over $130 online or in a physical retail store during the duration of the Grand Opening weekend is necessary to enter this competition.
4 - Only one entry will be accepted per person per day per purchase in-store between the dates 12:00am AEST Friday 3rd May to Sunday 12th May 2024. Multiple entries from the same person for a purchase will be disqualified.
5 - Closing date for the prize draw will occur at 11:59pm Sunday 12th May 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7 - The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Entrant must purchase an order online or onsite from Greg Grant Saddlery Retail Stores between 12:00am AEST on the 3rd May 2024 until 11:59pm AEST on the 12th May 2024.
- After transaction is complete, online entries are automatic and in-store entrants must complete and fill in their details via the competition form (https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=TZRm5a&g=Wyz8UW) before 11:59pm 12th May 2024.
- One winner is drawn.
8 - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9 - The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10 - The prize is as follows: Fort Worth Cowhide Leather Duffle Bag (FOR7464), Leather Bound Journal - Tree of Life (GFT3452), and Fort Worth Cowhide Leather Purse - Cream & Brown (BAG6015) - valued at $259.95
Winner will be sent the prize to their home address.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11 - Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
12 - The grand prize winner will be notified by email by 5pm on Tuesday 14th May 2024. The winner will only ever be contacted by info@greggrantsaddlery.com.au or a member of staff at Greg Grant Saddlery. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13 - The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
14 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16 - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17 - Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
