Price Match Guarantee Policy - Terms and Conditions

We’re committed to keeping our prices competitive and fair. If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying competitor, we'll match it. Because we believe that quality horse gear shouldn't come at a high cost, especially when budgets are tight.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility for Price Match Guarantee: - The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, and size to qualify for price matching. The competitor’s price must be advertised and available to the general public. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store or website. 

2. Competitor Criteria: The competitor must be an authorised retailer with a physical store and established online presence. Excludes auction sites, third-party sellers, and marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace. The price match guarantee excludes products from closeout, liquidation sales, and clearance items. 

3. Verification Process: Customers must provide evidence of the competitor’s lower price through an advertisement, printed quote, or a live link to their online store. Our team will verify the lower price and the availability of the product before approving the price match. 

4. Price Match Conditions: The price match guarantee applies to the product price only and does not include shipping, handling, or other fees. Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. It is at the discretion of each individual store whether to approve a price match or not. 

5. In-Store and Online Purchases: The price match guarantee is only available for in-store purchases. 

6. Exclusions: This policy does not apply to items sold by third-party sellers or through auction websites. Items on clearance, closeout sales, or liquidation events are excluded. Errors, misprints, and pricing inaccuracies on competitors’ advertisements do not qualify for price matching. 

7. Policy Changes: Greg Grant Saddlery reserves the right to modify or discontinue this price matching policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our website and in-store. 

8. Currency: All competitor prices must be in AUD. We will not honour any pricing displayed in another currency.
