Terms and Conditions for Greg Grant's Saddlery Product Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   • This competition is open only to residents of Australia.
   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Competition Period:

   • The competition runs from 13th January 2025 to 25th January 2025, 12:00pm AEST. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter the giveaway, participants must:
     1. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
     2. Both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following @greggrantsaddlery and @tcmf_official on Instagram.
     3. Like the giveaway post.

4. Prizes:

   • There are three (3) prize packs available.
   • The prize winners will have the choice of two (2) prize packs, subject to availability.
   • No alternative prizes, cash, or substitutions are permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • The winners will be drawn on 25th January 2025.
   • Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram DM from the official @greggrantsaddlery account.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

6. General Conditions:

   • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
   • Greg Grant’s Saddlery reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent or not in compliance with the terms and conditions.
   • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
   • Greg Grant’s Saddlery reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway, and these terms and conditions, without notice.

7. Privacy:

   • Any personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of this competition and will be handled in accordance with Greg Grant’s Saddlery's privacy policy.
