FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200*.

For orders under $200 there is $19.95 Flat Rate.

Express Post Service is a flat rate of $34.95 for up to 12Kg on eligible stock items.

Additional Shipping Charges: Flammable Goods incur a flat handling fee of $14.95.

For bulky items: Bulky items incur a $30 charge for the first item, with a flat $10 surcharge if more than one bulky item is included in the order. Please note that bulky items are excluded from free shipping.

PO Box Deliveries: Orders over 20Kg, some large or liquid items can't be delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker. If you have any issues or questions please reach out to us.

Your order will be shipped from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. You will receive an email confirmation on despatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Please remember, items that match the image and description advertised can not be returned, unless they are deemed to be defective.

Greg Grant Saddlery will exchange, refund or replace any item which has been purchased at full price, which has later been determined to be defective by way of the manufacturer.

"I am extremely happy that I purchased the pocket watch pouch. My pocket watch fits very well into the into this, and my belt(s) easily passes through the pouch's loop. Being new leather, it requires just a few ""open and closing"", just to ""soften"" the leather. Following this, my pocket watch is easily withdrawn and replaced from the pouch. As the holster is pure leather, it will last very many years with periodic applications of a leather preserving product. Easy to use, and secure.

"I’m a Veterinarian, and I use a pocket watch when I’m measuring heart and respiratory rate. Having the Greg Grant Watch Pouch on my belt makes using a pocket watch for purpose so much easier. I seat the T bar of the chain attached to my watch at the bottom of a slot in the leather tab that has a hole at the top to slip over a brass nob on the pouch, which closes the pouch. So it’s just a matter of popping off the leather tab from the brass knob of the leather case, the I can pull out my pocket watch and make the measurements. Then slip the watch back into the pouch, and close the leather tab back onto the brass knob to secure my pocket watch."
