REFUNDS

We will provide a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure. A major failure is when the item is unsafe, substantially unfit for purpose, significantly different from its description, or would have stopped you purchasing it had you known about the problem. 

If a fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the product at no cost to you. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. 

For change-of-mind returns, shipping will be at your expense and items must be in original, clean, unused condition with all tags attached. 

Please note, returns for change of mind must be requested within 14 days of receiving your goods. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods, which can be claimed within a reasonable period.

EXCHANGES

We ask that you choose carefully. Where possible, we will exchange goods for a different size or colour, provided the items are in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges will be at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., worn clothing, horse rugs after use, or products that have been soiled) cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights to return goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described, even after use.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All products, whether full price or discounted, are covered by Australian Consumer Law. If an item develops a fault that is not caused by misuse, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the issue is minor or major. 

If the item was discounted due to a specific defect disclosed at purchase, you will not be entitled to a remedy for that known issue, but you are still covered for any other faults. 

We will refund reasonable postage costs for returning faulty goods. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned item.
