How can I place my order?

Greg Grant Saddlery have been Mail Order Specialists for over 35 years so we have the experience to get it right first time. It’s your choice – browse the Website and place your order On-line, or for those who prefer, phone the Toll Free number 1800 777 717 to speak with our friendly staff.

Our website has over 15,000 products and ordering is easy. Simply choose your goods, select sizes/colours/quantities (where required) and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you have completed your shopping, click the ‘View Cart’ button so you can view the total items you are about to purchase before Proceeding to Checkout. You can revise your order or continue shopping before finalising your order at Checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa Card, MasterCard and PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay with this method.

Greg Grant Saddlery does not levy a surcharge on payments made by Credit Card.

How can I be sure my details are safe?

Once you have proceeded to Checkout you will be transferred to our Secure Server (SSL128 Bit Encryption) to finalise your payment. The locked padlock in the bottom right hand side of your screen is your guarantee that the information you are providing cannot be seen by anyone else.

Can I come & see the goods before I purchase them?

Yes, certainly. You are more than welcome to shop at our large, modern showroom at 1293 Gympie Road, Aspley which is a suburb in the Northside of Brisbane. We have endeavoured to provide you with as much information as possible in our On-line Shopper but should you have any questions please email us at or phone us on 1800 777 714.

How will my order be sent to me?

We use either Australia Post or Startrack Express for all our deliveries. Please consider where you will be during business hours as this is when our deliveries occur. Startrack Express will only leave your order without you signing for it if you have left instructions in the Delivery Instruction Box at Checkout.

How long will my order take to get to me?

The length of time it will take for you to receive your order will depend on where you live. In all cases we will endeavour to have your Order delivered by the fastest possible method. Most orders are despatched within 72 hours, however this may be slightly longer in peak times.


Can I send the goods back if I change my mind?

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returns Authorisation within 14 days of receipt of your goods. The contact email is and the phone number is 1800 777 714.

We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for inspection. Please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation prior to returning any goods. Where possible, please provide us with photographs showing any problems or faults with the product. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. Goods returned via C.O.D. will not be accepted. We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods, or provide you with a Reply Paid address which will not require you to pay any postage costs.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price and found defective, will not be returned, exchanged or replaced provided the defect was disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

Non-Returnable Items

Items which can be viewed or read will not be returned unless they are deemed to be defective. Clothes and horse rugs can only be returned if found to be defective prior to wear or washing.


We ask that you choose carefully. Exchanges for different sizes will be considered, however not all colours and/or sizes may be available and you will need to cover any postage costs. In addition, Greg Grant Saddlery reserves the right to charge a handling fee.

We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
