Orders over $150 within Australia are freight free (exclusions apply). Exclusions include bulky and dangerous items that involve a package and handling fee (dangerous goods, liquids, and bulky items), orders over 20kgs and express shipping.

Yes, our online ordering allows for easy shipment to the following countries:
- Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom & the USA.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the products you order and the address you enter.

Are all products eligible for international shipping?
The majority of our products are available for international shipment. There are some exceptions to this, being liquids, dangerous goods and equine supplements. International orders are subject to each countries customs and import requirements.
Simply choose your goods, select sizes/colours/quantities (where required) and click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. Once you have completed your shopping, click the ‘Shopping Bag’ button so you can view the total items you are about to purchase before proceeding to checkout.

We currently accept Visa Card, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay, Google Pay, Openpay, Zip Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay with this method.
Greg Grant does not levy a surcharge on payments made by Credit Card.
We do not accept direct deposit or payment by cheque – please use PayPal in these cases. In order to maintain our low prices we are unable to offer layby terms.

We stock a range of products in our Aspley store in Brisbane, however the instore range is not as vast as our online store.

We use either Australia Post or StarTrack for all our deliveries. Please consider where you will be during business hours as this is when our deliveries occur. Big and bulky items will always be sent via StarTrack. Please note StarTrack cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, only street addresses.
This will depend on where you live. Your order will be sent from the Sunshine Coast, QLD. In all cases we will endeavour to have your order delivered by the fastest possible method. Most orders are despatched within 48 hours, however this may be slightly longer in peak times. As service is a priority to us at Greg Grant Saddlery, we will accept returns in certain circumstances. However, you will be responsible for the freight to return any item to us. Items must be returned in clean, original, unworn condition with all tags.
