How can I place my order?

Simply choose your goods, select sizes/colours/quantities (where required) and click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. Once you have completed your shopping, click the ‘Shopping Bag’ button so you can view the total items you are about to purchase before proceeding to checkout.

Please choose carefully as some of the products are of a personal nature and may not be returnable – please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for our refund policy.

What if I need more information about a product?

Product descriptions include most information you require, but If you’re not quite sure about sizing or need extra information about a product you can always chat to one of our experts. Email us or phone us on 1800 777 714.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I come and see the goods before I purchase them?

We stock a range of products in our Aspley store in Brisbane and Nerang on the Gold Coast, however the instore range is not as vast as our online store.

We have endeavoured to provide you with as much information as possible on our online shop. Should you have any questions, please email us or phone us on 1800 777 714.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What to do if the discount applied at check out is not the one I'd like to use?

If another promo code is applying to the order, at checkout remove the current promo code and add the code. 

Here are the steps:

Step 1. At checkout, remove the current promo by pressing the “X”. On mobile you can see by pressing “Show order summary” 

Step 2. Type in the new promo code. 

Step 3. Verify that the promo has been applied & proceed to payment.

How can I be sure my details are safe?

Once you have proceeded to checkout, you will be transferred to our secure server (SSL128 Bit Encryption) to finalise your payment. The locked padlock in the bottom right hand side of your screen is your guarantee that the information you are providing cannot been seen by anyone else.

What should I do if I can't complete the check out?

If you get an error message at check out, have a look at our shipping policy.

PO Box Deliveries: Orders over 20Kg, some large or liquid items can't be delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker, an address must be provided.

Tracking Your Order

Will I be notified when my items have been dispatched?

Yes, we'll send you an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If you haven't received your parcel within ten working days of ordering use your tracking number to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or Startrack. You will need the tracking number that has been emailed to you on the dispatch notification.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order via the Australia Post Website or Startrack Website. Use the tracking number provided by us on the despatch email.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much is shipping within Australia?

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200.
For orders under $200 there is $19.95 Flat Rate.

Express Post Service is a flat rate of $34.95 for up to 5 eligible stock items.

Additional Shipping Charges:
Flammable goods incur a flat handling fee of $14.95.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will my order take to get to me?

The following are estimated delivery times for standard shipping within Australia.

Metro delivery: 3-4 business days

Regional delivery: 5-7 business days

Remote delivery: 8-10 business days

Your order will be sent from the Sunshine Coast, QLD. In all cases we will endeavour to have your order delivered by the fastest possible method. Most orders are despatched within 48 hours, however this may be slightly longer in peak times.

We maintain the standard of orders placed by 11 AM AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), are prepared for courier pickup on the same day.

Can I send the goods back if I change my mind?

As service is a priority to us at Greg Grant Saddlery, we will accept returns in certain circumstances. However, you will be responsible for the freight to return any item to us. Items must be returned in clean, original, unworn condition with all tags.

Where is my order being sent from?

Your items may be dispatched from multiple locations to ensure prompt delivery. Consequently, your items might arrive in separate shipments.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa Card, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay, Google Pay, Openpay, Zip Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay with this method.

Greg Grant does not levy a surcharge on payments made by Credit Card.

We do not accept direct deposit or payment by cheque – please use PayPal in these cases. In order to maintain our low prices we are unable to offer layby terms.

What is the outlet?

Outlet is the section where products are sold at discounted prices.

Why are outlet products discounted?

Our outlet products are offered at discounted prices due to various reasons such as being blemished, marked, ex demo, samples, incorrectly sized, soiled, or part of old or discontinued stock.

Are outlet products of lower quality?

Our outlet products may have minor flaws or imperfections, but they are not necessarily of lower quality. Many outlet items are perfectly functional and offer excellent value for money. However, it's important to carefully inspect the product and ask any specific questions to ensure it meets your expectations.

Can I return or exchange outlet products?

Postage costs to return goods to us will be at your expense should you wish to return of exchange an item because you have changed your mind, or ordered the incorrect product and/or size.  You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the replacement product to be sent to you.

From time to time we will sell goods on an "as is" basis this includes goods that are:

  • Blemished or marked
  • Ex Demo
  • Sample
  • Incorrectly Sized
  • Soiled
  • Old or Discontinued Stock

These items are typically heavily discounted and will have their faults clearly described to the best of our knowledge on the product information, and as such they are non - returnable and non-refundable for the purposes of these defects.

Items shown on our website are end of line or clearance items, so alternative sizes/types may not be available – please choose carefully.

Can I find specific colors and sizes in outlet stores?

Due to the nature of outlet products, not all colors and sizes will be available at all times.

Are outlet products eligible for promotions and discounts?

Outlet products are not be eligible for additional discounts or promotions.
