For orders under $200 there is $14.95 Flat Rate.
Express Post Service is a flat rate of $19.95 for up to 12Kg on eligible stock items.
Additional Shipping Charges: Flammable Goods incur a flat handling fee of $14.95.
For bulky items: Bulky items incur a $30 charge for the first item, with a flat $10 surcharge if more than one bulky item is included in the order. Please note that bulky items are excluded from free shipping.
PO Box Deliveries: Orders over 20Kg, some large or liquid items can't be delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker. If you have any issues or questions please reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

- Hi, I need a rug that breathes fine during the days in Winter without it getting too hot in the daytime. Not sure how this one compares to the Kanvas rugs or if another rug would be suitable to leave on during the winter days. Just needing to know if this one would be too hot. My horse is agisted on property and cannot always get out to him to remove the rug.
