Express Post Service is a flat rate of $34.95 for up to 12Kg on eligible stock items.
Additional Shipping Charges: Flammable Goods incur a flat handling fee of $14.95.
For bulky items: Bulky items incur a $30 charge for the first item, with a flat $10 surcharge if more than one bulky item is included in the order. Please note that bulky items are excluded from free shipping.
PO Box Deliveries: Orders over 20Kg, some large or liquid items can't be delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker. If you have any issues or questions please reach out to us.

We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.
We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

"I purchased another pair of cavello trek slims as they were half price and I've never seen them that much cheaper. I'm very happy with how easy they are to stay on and put on. My mare also doesn't have any problems moving in them. At first when I put them on as she had not worn them before, she did these extended high walk until she was used to them. It didn't take long for her to get acclaimed to them. She's never slipped in them on rocky terrain or sandy river beds. Her soles are very sensitive which is why I use the boots. Even with the boots she will keep to the grass over the rocky road. Now that's sensitive. She's a highly sensitive mare so it makes sense that her soles are sensitive too. 5 stars from me for longevity and ease of use. I have only lost a boot one time as it got stuck in mud. That would of been my error for not fitting them on tight enough. Lesson learned."
